I had a decent stay at The Guard Hotel, with excellent staff and plentiful breakfast options. However, the miscommunication regarding payments and services was frustrating. Additionally, the location is quite far from the city center, which made sightseeing a bit inconvenient.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double with a balcony, which was spacious and comfortable. The wide bed and good shower made my stay pleasant, even though the room wasn't perfectly clean beforehand.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist. However, I had some issues with payment processing due to misunderstandings about the transactions.

The hotel is conveniently near the airport, but it's quite far from the city center, making it difficult to explore. I needed to rely on Uber for transportation.

Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of food options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked omelette and the overall quality of the meals.

The hotel offers good facilities, including room service and a pool area. However, I found it strange that it was difficult to contact room service directly from my room.

I had a great two-night stay at The Guard Hotel, enjoying its proximity to the airport and the excellent food and service. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a nice balcony. However, there was some noise from the planes landing nearby, which might be an issue for sensitive sleepers. Overall, my experience was quite positive, and I would definitely recommend it.

I enjoyed an amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The lunch and dinner buffets were also reasonably priced and satisfying. Just remember, there are restrictions on outside food and drinks.

I had a mixed experience at The Guard Hotel during my stay. The location is convenient as it's close to the airport, but there weren't many shops within walking distance. The service staff, especially Mostafa, were friendly and accommodating. However, I found the rooms needed better maintenance, and the food quality could use some improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The Deluxe Double Room I stayed in was spacious, though it had a smell of old furniture. I appreciated the balcony and the full set of bathroom items, but cleanliness could have been better.
Service
8.0
The service was generally warm. Upon arrival, the reception staff were welcoming, and Mostafa, in particular, was very nice to me.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is great. However, I found that there weren't many restaurants or shops within walking distance, making it a bit isolated.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were decent, but the food quality varied. I ordered room service, and the tray it arrived on could have been cleaner, which was disappointing.
Facilities

The hotel offered nice facilities such as a pool and outdoor areas. However, I did notice that the swimming pool staff seemed cold and strict about the rules.

I had a decent stay at The Guard Hotel. The location was super close to Cairo International Airport, which was a plus, but it was a bit far from the city center, limiting my options to explore. The room was comfy and clean, and I appreciated the free breakfast. However, I faced some noise issues and service hiccups that pulled my experience down.

Rooms

The staff was friendly and accommodating, though they did lose some of my personal valuables, which was disappointing.
Location

While the hotel is near the airport, it was difficult for taxi drivers and Ubers to find, and quite a trek from the city center.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was pretty good, with a decent variety of food, although breakfast wasn't really a buffet since there were few guests.
Facilities

Facilities like room service and housekeeping were available, but they could improve on the promptness.

Overall, my stay at The Guard Hotel was quite pleasant, especially being so close to the airport. The room was cozy and clean, though the bathroom was a bit cramped. The dining options were reasonably priced and saved me a trip to town, though the dining experience could use some improvement. I really appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff throughout my visit.
